Emergency After Hours:
Welcome to The District
We are located in West Odessa, Ector County. Although we operate under the name Ector County Utility District, we are not governed or funded by Ector County. The District is governed by a Board of Five Directors. The District is a municipal utility district operating pursuant to Chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code.
The districts water supply is purchased from the City of Odessa. The City's water supply is from the Colorado River Municipal Water District.
