Portable meters are available on a limited basis. Service applications will be reviewed for eligibility.

2. Both new and existing customers need to complete the application to get access to an ECUD portable meter. 

3. Deposit: $3,500 

4. Deposit must be made in person with a check, cashier's check or money order to Ector County Utility District at 1039 N. Moss Ave. Odessa, TX 79763.

5. Bring your state issued driver's license or ID card. Passports and green cards also accepted.

6. Meters will be read and billed monthly.
